Had a 40th Birthday card to make... Stamped scrolls on scrap booking paper and then embellished with tiny rhinestones... the handbags were stickers mounted on the same scrap booking paper and I added a Happy Birthday sticker, 40 cutouts and a large bow to set it all off. This is a TJ technique from their fancy folds & Motion Paper Cards CD, really excellent.

Open Window Card
Had a 40th Birthday card to make...
